We’ve been to lots of these sessions over the years at different stores, and they’re always well run, engaging and genuinely fun for children. If you’ve got an animal-loving child, this is a great one to add to your holiday plans.
Easter 2026 Pet Pals workshops
This Easter, Pets at Home workshops focus on pet personalities and behaviour.
Children will learn how different animals behave and how to recognise when a pet is:
- Happy and relaxed
- Feeling stressed
- Wanting space or interaction
During the session, children will:
- Get hands-on with animals
- Take part in a fun pet knowledge quiz
- Complete colouring and creative activities
- Learn how to create the right environment for pets
Each child will also receive a certificate, sticker and themed headband to take home.

Every child who takes part receives:
- An official Pet Pals certificate
- A sticker
- Activity sheets to take home
